Hambleden Tennis Club (HLTC) is situated in the beautiful Hambleden Valley on the borders of Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. HTC is affiliated to the Buckinghamshire Lawn Tennis Association (part of the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) ) and has three hard courts, newly resurfaced last season. HTC is a very active club with around 120 members. We play tennis throughout the year and run a number of teams in both the summer and winter seasons. Ladies', mixed, men's and veterans' teams play in the Buckinghamshire leagues. Within the club, competitions are organised including a singles and doubles knock-out tournament, mixed doubles American tournaments, and events for juniors. New members are always welcome. FAMILY TOURNAMENT-SUNDAY,7 JUNE, 2009 Heavy overnight rain and a gloomy start to the morning made us a fear a repeat of last year`s terrible weather when most of the family tournament was played in heavy rain.
